Please note that this will be a 15 - month maternity leave contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing and ensuring a smooth B2B order processing with the DCs and timely delivery to all customers 
  • Overseeing end-to-end influencers send-outs and supporting our junior CS coordinator in all phases of the process 
  • Provide weekly Sell In Reports to the commercial team and VP of Finance and Supply Chain 
  • Month end closing, communication, and phasing of orders to the commercial team and VP of Finance 
  • Be aware of our service levels for all accounts, provide analysis of the root cause and action plan together with the demand planner 
  • Provide monthly forecasts to the DCs for outbound and inbound orders 
  • Monthly cycle counts at the DCs and quarterly inventory analysis and stock destruction  
  • Monthly DC invoicing review, allocating costs to the correct departments and offices 
  • Join monthly DC reviews raising all issues with VP of Supply chain ahead of time 
  • Inventory management with DCs and inventory sync between DC and ERP Microsoft Dynamics  
  • Monitoring closing of inbound orders making sure all are closed as per SLA and all discrepancies are reported to relevant teams 
  • Managing special over-labelling, ad hoc customer requests and quality control checks with the DCs 
  • New customers set up with the DCs making sure the customer special instructions are taken into consideration and orders are delivered as per their requirements. 

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience within consumer goods industry preferably cosmetics 
  • Understand the end-to-end operations and transactions within ERP 
  • Great communication skills 
  • Enjoy liaising with a multitude of internal and external stakeholders 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities 
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced working environment 
  • Great attention to detail and able to work under pressure and think outside the box 
  • Gritty mentality
